Appointment Fees

Referrals and fees will be discussed when booking your first appointment. 

Fees are payable on the day of appointment and can be made by eftpos or direct deposit. 

Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please note there is a 48 hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time may be charged the full session fee.

Rebates

Medicare

Individuals may be eligible for Medicare rebates if referred by a GP, Paediatrician or Psychiatrist to access clinical psychology services. Individuals can organise an appointment with a GP where a Mental Health Care Plan will be prepared. It is important that you please bring along your referral to your first appointment to allow you to claim the Medicare rebate.

The current Medicare rebate for a 50 minute session with a Clinical Psychologist is $136.35.

Rebates can be claimed in person at your local Medicare branch, online or via the Medicare app for iOS or Android.

Private health insurance 

Private health fund rebates may apply according to your fund and level of cover. Please contact your private health fund directly to inquire about cover/eligibility. Please note that private health fund rebates cannot be obtained at the same time as receiving Medicare rebates.
